HOw DIY Dance FLoor Rental Works - Our Process is SimpLe
1. Reserve your Dance Floor

Choose your size, style, and event date (If your event falls on a Saturday, you can pick up on Friday (8am to 5pm) and return Monday (8am to 5pm), you will only be charged for a 1 day rental even though you have the floor all weekend long.
2. Pick Up at Our Warehouse
Use our convenient drive-thru-pickup service, our team will load everything for you.
Your dance floor will be pre-pulled the day prior and ready for pick up.
You will need a vehicle that our 3’ x 3’ dance floor panels will fit.
The dance floor pieces are thin so depending upon the size of your dance floor please allow for the following stacked heights.

12’ x 12’ Dance Floor - 16 Sections - 3’ x 3’ x 10” tall
15’ x 15’ Dance Floor - 25 Sections - 3’ x 3’ x 16” tall
18’ x 18’ Dance Floor - 36 Sections - 3’ x 3’ x 22” tall
21’ x 21’ Dance Floor - 49 Sections - 3’ x 3’ x 30” tall
Dance Floor trim pieces will be in a hard plastic tote that is 15” wide x 22” long x 13” tall

Follow the Simple installation guidelines, no tools required.
We also have an after hours emergency contact line in case you have questions, but we have rented thousands of dance floors through our DIY customer pick up without issue.

Bring everything back (dance floor sections, plastic tote with dance floor trim pieces) our team unloads when you return.

DIY Subfloor for Outdoor Dance Floors
For those who prefer our DIY / Customer Pick Up Option for Outdoor Dance Floors, we rent 4’ x 4’ Interlocking Dura-Deck Panels.
Dura-Deck is a thick hard rigid plastic panel that locks together using a locking tool (we supply with the rental).
Dura-Deck works great as a subfloor as long as the area is flat and free of divots and slopes.

When installing the 4’ x 4’ Dura-Track Panels you will have 2 male sides and 2 female sides. You will line up male to female and lock together To achieve the desired subfloor size to accommodate your dance floor.

Once your Dura-Track Subfloor has been built, you will install the dance floor directly on top of the Dura-Deck.
Pro Tip: If order to make sure your Dance Floor is Centered on the Subfloor.
If your Subfloor is 16’ x 16’ and your Dance Floor is 15’ x 15’ find the top left corner and use a tape measure to find 1’ from the top edge and the corner edge.
