We recommend reserving your custom vinyl dance floor as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. All of our custom vinyl is printed in-house, we recommend confirming 2 to 4 weeks out from the event date.  Less than 2 weeks out will be subject to a rush fee.  

Our custom partial or full vinyl dance floor wraps do require onsite installation.  Custom color checkered dance floors can be installed offsite and do not require onsite vinyl installation.

 Weather temperature conditions can impact the installation of a vinyl dance floor wrap. To ensure the best results, we recommend scheduling the vinyl installation the day prior to your event whenever possible.

During the warmer months, morning installation times are ideal, as cooler temperatures help prevent the vinyl from expanding in the afternoon heat. Conversely, in colder months, afternoon installations are preferred, allowing the vinyl to warm up and remain flexible, reducing the risk of contraction or brittleness.

Proper timing and professional installation help ensure a smooth, flawless finish for your dance floor.

If rain is in the forecast, our team will do everything possible to remain flexible and schedule your vinyl installation during a break in the weather. To allow for the greatest flexibility, we strongly recommend scheduling your vinyl installation one day prior to your event, giving us a larger window to adjust timing if needed.

While we always plan ahead and monitor conditions closely, please note that we cannot control the weather. Vinyl wraps require a dry surface for proper adhesion and cannot be installed during active or heavy rain.

Once the vinyl has been successfully installed, it can withstand normal exposure to moisture and can get wet and dry without issue. However, proper installation in dry conditions is critical to ensure a smooth, secure, and long-lasting finish.
